Proud to share the outstanding achievements of Cementech, a leading provider of industrial maintenance services, in their recent major jobs with Iraq Lafargeholcim- Bazian plant – BCC.

In a series of challenging assignments, Cementech successfully completed four major Jobs within the agreed timeline, showcasing their professionalism and dedication. I would like to highlight the remarkable accomplished:
- Overhaul of Main Pan Conveyor:
Cementech demonstrated their expertise by executing a comprehensive overhaul of the main pan conveyor. This involved the replacement of upper and lower rails, meticulous alignment and leveling of the entire equipment, as well as the replacement of defected buckets. Their attention to detail ensured the smooth functioning and enhanced performance of the conveyor system.
- Circular Mix Reclaimer Overhauling: Cementech team executed an overhaul of the circular mix reclaimer, including the alignment of drive unit, driven sprocket, the alignment of scraper and the harrow. This intricate task required precision and technical proficiency, and Cementech rose to the challenge, delivering exceptional results.
3 &4 Cooler and Main ESP:
Cementech expertise extended to the maintenance of the Cooler EP and Main EP. Through their diligent efforts, they ensured the optimal functioning of these crucial equipments, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the operations.
Additionally, Cementech commitment to excellence was evident in the successful completion of cold run tests, which validate the equipment’s performance.
